Terms and Conditions of Membership
By joining this group you and your artwork/designs/written works are subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. YOU maintain ALL rights and copyright on any visual and/or written works you choose to submit to the group’s galleries.
2. YOU CONSENT to your visual and/or written works being featured in promotion on AND offsite in publications such as email news bulletins, blogs {and the official independent Art Action Union Website} including the appropriate links and credits for the creator of the work.*
3. YOU CONSENT to your visual and/or written works being used for external promotion of the Art Action Union Group and it’s affiliated campaigning including the appropriate links and credits for the creator of the work. *
4. YOU CONSENT to being approached via messaging or email by community hosts regarding possible inclusion of works in external promotion of the group and affiliated campaigning OR additional projects and collaborations organised by the Art Action Union such as grant applications, ongoing campaigns and email newsletter features.
* All work will be referenced with the user name of the artist and linked to the URL of the page in this community (unless otherwise requested) when items are used for off-site promotion and/or campaigning.
In most cases (and as time permits), for any specific campaigning a message will be sent to artists when their artwork/written works are featured or promoted.
