New Terms of Service on Facebook=Legalized Art Theft?

This is quite amazing….it has not been very public…and I’m glad I heard about this
I guess i will be notifying everyone I know for the next few hours!...Thanx Mark Zuckerberg!
Facebook has been quite a pain in the ass from the start…AND NOW?? Deleting your werx, from your account WONT stop them from using that data…

Apparently, Facebook has back pedalled and stated they have removed the new terms for now and reverted back to the old TOC. Still, it's crap they added in that clause to begin with. Just as well I don't use that site much.

Yes...same here...Zuckerberg has reinstated the original TOS & publicly apologized....I still wont use them anymore though!

Agreement To Rewrite

They are rewriting the rule to the agreement again
Just and to bring all a little more of our clarity
Making things clear so all can be more of the same
Everyone again equally free within the community
No more censorship or attacking you at your word
All a new agreement for you to all again tick
We will make sure that no dissenters are heard
If you ticked the first you must have been thick
No trouble with the old no-longer being the new
That section replaced and the rewritten as well
A bit of semantic recomposing and a new edit too
The difference between the new and the old nothing to tell
Nothing left of the inequality in what you say
Utter the wrong thing and you will have to pay

No need to worry they will let you know when it is done
No need to tick a new box or to untick the old
They will fix their error while writing up a new one
And they are sure everyone will now do as they are told
So if you lost your account because of anothers’ attack
Just await the new rewrite that is now in its’ place
It will not be long before you have the promise of it back
You can repost all your deleted work lost to cyber space
Still the same claim to the protection of your right
See how well we have protected all in the past
Still the same rules on being to able to attack from out of sight
But if you are not free to critise the admin the new rewrite will last
We are all love and free expression for all around here
Just don’t say the wrong thing and you have nothing to fear

So you are all free on a new agreement and rules rewrite

Don’t notice your agreement to one day give it all to Fox.
